CoolMed Ltdaims to provide customers with the best possible delivery service.
This includes providing a free 48-hour delivery service for our products to the majority of UK postcodes. Orders received before 1.00pm will be despatched on the same working day. The delivery company used will depend on the product(s) purchased.
Next day deliveries and Saturday deliveries (for orders placed before 1.00pm) are available for an extra charge. We are unable to provide specific time slots, but the courier will email the customer with the tracking reference for the order, provide a 2-hour delivery window and also call the customer 1hr before the delivery is due to take place. Deliveries will take place between 7.00am and 8.00pm and we will require the correct contact number and email address at the time of order.

Please note that next day deliveries may be affected by the delivery address, weather or traffic conditions.
In general, goods delivered must be signed for by the customer. However, if we are advised of any special conditions at the time of placing the order (eg. leave in a safe place or with a neighbour), the delivery driver will follow these instructions. Please note that if an item is left with a neighbour or in a designated safe place (following customer instructions), CoolMed Ltd cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to the goods.
If there is no response when the driver arrives, he will allow a 10-minute window for response. If the delivery is unsuccessful, a contact card will be left and the delivery will need to be rebooked at an extra cost.
The following postcodes are outside the standard delivery area and will incur extra delivery charges:
JE, BT, IM, ZE, GY, PO, TD, EH, ML, DG, G, KY, HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, AB, DD, FK, TR21-25, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland
If your postcode is included above, please contact us on +44 161 772 5666 or by email on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise the charges for delivery to your area. Please note that next day deliveries will not be possible to these postcodes.
Packaging disposal is included – the delivery driver will take away any packaging you do not require. Please ensure that you inspect the product thoroughly before he leaves, to avoid problems later if you wish to return the product. The driver will also take photos of the product on arrival. CoolMed Ltd unfortunately cannot accept returned products if they are not in the original packaging.
Please note that if you also require us to remove and dispose of an old appliance, CoolMed can do this for you at an extra cost. Please contact our Customer Service on 0161 772 5666 at the time you place your order and they will be happy to give you the details and arrange the collection. Please note that the level of this cost relates to the postcode location and the size of the product which needs to be collected.
