CoolMed Ltd aims to provide customers with the best possible delivery service.

This includes providing a 48-hour delivery service for our products to the majority of UK postcodes. Orders received before 12.00pm will be despatched on the same working day. The delivery company used will depend on the product(s) purchased.

48-hour Delivery: +£24.99

Next day deliveries (for orders placed before 12.00pm) are available for an extra charge. We are unable to provide specific time slots, but our courier will email you with the tracking reference for the order, provide a 2-hour delivery window and also call 1hr before the delivery is due to take place. All our deliveries take place between 7.00am and 8.00pm and will require the correct contact number and email address at the time of order.

Next Day Delivery: +£29.99

Please note that next day deliveries may be affected by the delivery address, weather or traffic conditions.

In general, goods delivered must be signed for by the customer. However, if we are advised of any special conditions at the time of placing the order (eg. leave in a safe place or with a neighbour), the delivery driver will follow these instructions. Please note that if an item is left with a neighbour or in a designated safe place (following customer instructions), CoolMed Ltd cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to the goods. 

If there is no response when the driver arrives, he will allow a 10-minute window for response. If the delivery is unsuccessful, a contact card will be left and the delivery will need to be rebooked at an extra cost.

The following postcodes are outside our standard delivery areas and will incur extra delivery charges:

 JE, BT, IM, ZE, GY, PO, TD, EH, ML, DG, G, KY, HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, AB, DD, FK, TR21-25, Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland.
