Under the Consumer Protection Act, customers have the right to cancel orders within 14 days of receipt of the goods, without giving a reason.

If your appliance is unused and you are unhappy with the product, or have changed your mind, you can return it within 14 days of receipt of the product and you will receive a full refund (minus delivery charges and returns admin fee as shown below). In this case, please contact us before you return the product, so that we can provide details of the return address. Please note that the product must be returned at your own cost.

Return admin fees:

Small Refrigerators: £20.00

Medium Refrigerators: £55.00

Large Refrigerators: £55.00

We are happy for you to unpack the appliance to inspect it properly; however, if you have used the product and it is unsuitable, we will only be able to offer a partial refund, as we will be unable to re-sell the returned appliance. Please contact us first in this instance, so that we can advise the best option for you and provide details of the return address. Please note that the product must be returned at your own cost and in its original packaging.

In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, or is faulty on receipt, please contact us immediately and we will arrange collection of the appliance. This will be at no cost to you; however, we require to be informed of this within 72 hours of receipt of the product. Under the Consumer Protection Act, you are entitled to a full refund if your item is faulty and you have informed us within 72 hours.
